We cannot guarantee anything that was not able to be tested for at the time of sale.

If the seller deems it necessary, the buyer agrees to get a second opinion from a vet of the Sellers choice. The Buyer assumes full responsibility for all costs and care during this time.  Seller is not responsible for any stress related illness following transport or shipping.  At no time other than when a puppy is in the Seller’s possession, will the seller be responsible for any medical expenses.

GENERAL AGREEMENT

If at any time or for any reason this dog cannot be kept, the Buyer agrees to contact the Seller.  No dog is to be sold elsewhere or ownership transferred from the original buyer without prior permission from the Seller.  Should it become necessary for the Seller to attempt to find an appropriate new home for the dog, all documents must be returned to Seller.  If an appropriate home is found within 4 weeks, the money collected will be refunded less any expenses incurred while finding the dog a home and the non-refundable down payment.  After 4 weeks, the dog will be offered at no cost to find it an appropriate home as the dog’s advancing age often makes it harder to place.  In such a situation, no money will be refunded.  The welfare of the dog will be the primary concern in any situation.

Buyer agrees to provide this dog with a high-quality agreed upon diet and supplements, monthly heartworm preventative, flea and tick medicine and all appropriate vaccinations and medical care. Buyer agrees not to mistreat this dog in any way.  Buyer agrees to train and socialize this dog.

Violation of any part of this contract will constitute Buyer's unconditional surrender of the purchased dog and all registration documents at no cost to Seller.

Note: Contract not binding until signed by both Buyer and Seller. Upon signature completion, this contract will become a legal and binding document, as agreed by Buyer and Seller.  If the need should arise to settle any legal disputes concerning this puppy, the buyer agrees to have all proceedings conducted in Parker County, Texas. In the event of litigation from either party, the seller is entitled to reimbursement to reasonable attorney fees.
