Waitlist/Deposit Agreement

Joining our Waitlist:

Our waitlist is one “master” waitlist. There are not individual waitlists for each planned litter. Clients get to pick in the order of the waitlist, which is determined by the date they joined and sent their deposit. Clients are able to pick from any of the puppies available and are not limited to a certain gender or color. The deposit required to join our waitlist is $250 at the time of joining the list. The deposit is non-refundable, but clients can defer their place in line until they get a puppy they desire. Once a puppy is chosen, another $250 is due, making up the total $500 non-refundable deposit. Selection of the puppy must be made within 24 hours of knowing which puppies are offered to allow other potential families to choose their puppy, too. If a client on the waitlist fails to respond when it is their turn to pick or defer (regardless of if they decide to choose a puppy available or defer their place in line) in two separate occasions, it will be assumed that you are forfeiting your waitlist deposit and be removed from our waitlist. 

All communication and updates will be sent out via email so clients must keep an eye on their emails to know when litters are being bred, born, when puppies are available, and all future updates.

Placing a deposit on existing puppy:

To place a deposit on an existing available puppy, the amount required is $500 and applies to the price of the puppy. The amount required to hold the existing puppy is non-refundable unless the failure to follow through on purchase of said puppy is that of Native Corgis or in the instance of puppy illness or death. No cash will be refunded for a down payment under any other circumstances. If the buyer fails to pick up the puppy on the designated pickup day, they will be given a chance to reschedule for a day the seller chooses. Failure to pick up the puppy within two weeks after the original pickup date will result in the puppy being put back up for sale and loss of the deposit.
